## Calendar Integrations

Boomerang connects with your team's calendars to contribute a key signal toward mapping real relationships between your organisation and your prospects — so your sales reps always know the warmest path in.

### Why Calendar Integration Matters

A warm introduction is far more powerful than a cold outreach. But finding the right person to make that introduction requires a clear picture of who in your organization genuinely knows a prospect.

Boomerang identifies **super connectors** — people in your organization with the strongest relationships to a prospect — by combining multiple signals: email activity, LinkedIn connections, and meeting history. Calendar data is one of those signals, and an important one.

Here's how meeting data contributes to relationship scoring:

* **Meetings reflect real engagement** — Shared calendar time indicates a relationship that goes beyond a passing email exchange. If someone on your team has met with a prospect in the past 24–36 months, that's a meaningful connection.
* **Meeting frequency strengthens the score** — The more meetings someone has had with a prospect, the higher their relationship score, and the better placed they are to make a credible introduction.
* **One piece of a fuller picture** — Calendar data works alongside other signals in Boomerang to give a more accurate, well-rounded view of relationship strength across your organization.
* **Sales reps get warm introductions, not guesses** — Boomerang maps the strongest path between a sales rep and a prospect, routing introductions through the colleagues most likely to open the door.

### Connecting Your Calendar

To enable relationship mapping, Boomerang needs access to your team's calendar data. We support the two most widely used calendar platforms:

***

#### Google Calendar

If your organization uses Google Workspace, connect your Google Calendar to allow Boomerang to analyze meeting history and identify relationship paths.

***

#### Microsoft Outlook Calendar

If your organization uses Microsoft 365 or Exchange, connect your Outlook Calendar to bring your meeting history into Boomerang.
